1800 calories of low nutrition, low fiber, high sugar food is still pretty bad.
I check the sugar content of everything I eat. I pick the brand and type with the lowest. If it's over 10g I do not buy it.

Low nutrition is probably an issue. I don't have a diverse pallet.

Maybe you need more iron in your diet? Last time I didn't have as much iron as needed I was dizzy all day. Try eating some high iron foods.

I don't know exactly what your talking about, but when I was ~12 I used to take the Flintstone gummy ones with a sour coating C: They tasted like pure stuff.
