What do you mean by in the roof? Do you mean you're sitting on the roof or are you leaning out of the window, or what?

Yikes. How were you even able? Do you do parkour or something?

If you managed to climb onto the roof, you might be able to climb down to the ground. Are there any tree branches or pipes within reach? If you live in a bungalow, you should just try jumping. I'm sure it won't hurt too much.
