They can be bigger and sometimes I resize my windows I.E. defragment and stay in the bed, I can't see the tiny clock down there so I'm rather off with the bigger one.

i just disable the taskbar clock.
i have a bar with a bunch of stuff.

I just remove my taskbar entirely. Everything I need is right on my desktop.
