First off I would like to try and stop the "redneck" steriotypes from being thrown all over the place.I am from Mississippi but NO I am not a complete idiot, nor are (most) of my friends. Yes I live out in the country and I love my life just because of the opportunities I have because of my environment. Yes my life is probably insanely different than those of most of the users. We have forgettons of guns and we hunt and we love Nascar and dirt track racing, we love shooting stuff and explosives, but the beauty of my type of life is how closely knit everyone is. Most everyone knows each other and most of us are honest, hardworking people, and MOST of us have a lot more sense than some of you might think.
Of course we have white trash here but we are a mostly respectful group of people that deserve more than the ridicule and steriotypes being thrown at us.
Secondly I would like to ask Alyx to stop talking about "country pride" and "life 'round here" because in my fifteen years of living in the south I have never heard a truly southern person talk about stupid stuff like that. Yes its okay to be proud of where you come from but the people here don't care. Stop with the hick talk and be like everybody else. Your "accent" you use over the forums gives people a chance to use ridicule like "everyone from the south is a stuid redneck". Is it too much to ask for you to just be like everyone else?
Sorry about wall of text.
