Coast Guard's new line of ships is deployed. The Navy deploys its Home Guard and prepares their naval railguns. LOABs patrol the coastline with the new, experimental, accurate cannons. Honeybee support helicopters patrol the country. Uranium extracted from New Italian reactors is being put to use. A Conscription Lottery has been passed. 1,000,000 men and 1,000,000 women have been selected to join the New Australian military, aged 18 - 35. Military and civilian factories work full force, and AA guns manned by volunteers and National Guard units are set up. Volunteers patrol the coastline with military-provided weapons on their boats. The Honor Guard forms a human barricade outside the Capitol and the primary officials and their families are moved to a classified location. Civilians everywhere take up their own and military supplied weapons. All men and women in the Army Reserve are put into service.
