i'm not sure if it's my packet-loss/ms problems i'm getting for no reason or if it's just the turn rates and animations i'm not used to but i'm stuff at last hitting with under 70 damage.

and the fact that i usually have to fight for lasthits, unless if i'm mid, because what's a support anyways?

I would argue that he's harder as you have to have at least a half functioning brain to last hit.  

Indeed, his animation isn't the fastest and his base damage is pretty average.

I think it's just animations you have to get used to. Trying to last hit with Clinkz is going to be way different from Huskar or whatever.

On a different note- Centaur+Rubick is probably one of the best lanes I've seen recently. Telekinesis into Hoof stomp and then double edge+fade bolt will get almost anyone to low health in the laning stage. The only issue we've found is necrolyte and omni because of their heals/ repel.
