Just because it has the word forget doesn't mean he's flaming.
He was basically telling him to get out.

So the whole point in the post was to tell someone to forget off, therefore kinda insulting them.

Thats what the no-flame rule is for. If the only reason you posted was to insult someone then it counts as flaming.
