I knew it was for sale in the gem store, but I totally forgot you can convert gold into gems :D. Maybe it's one of those items you can only buy with real-world-bought exclusive gems.

Stress test Tuesday Noon to 4 PM PST

Gameplay:
 
    Players are now redirected to Lion’s Arch if the map they’re trying to load is unavailable
    Skill effects should no longer drop on subsequent executions
    Players can now leave dungeons through the instance exit door after picking a dungeon reward
    There is now parity between right click to auto-attack and skill auto-attack
    Weapon unlock speed now scales based on level
    Attribute conversion percentages are now fixed
    Fixed up a bunch of hit detection an melee creature AI
    Fixed teleporting to moving platforms
    Players should no longer be rooted in place if they use a skill at the same time
    Skills now use the proper weapon power when calculating damage
    Non-combatant objects no longer let missiles pass through them
    /<emote> * now synchronizes your emote with others around you
    Mesmer:
        Phantasms will no longer be replaced by new illusions if there is a Clone that can be replaced instead
        All illusions should now shatter properly
    Thief:
        Shadowstep fixes
    WvW:
        Reinforced walls will always restore properly and become targetable
        Players are now always assigned to the proper teams in WvW
 
General:
 
    Cultural armor prices updated to vary by piece and adjusted to better fit their level ranges.
        T1 -> 12s -> 80s -> 2g 88s total
        T2 -> 80s -> 3g -> 7g 10s total
        T3 -> 12g -> 30g -> 118g total
    We also updated the price of influence at Guild Promoters to be more affordable.

Mesmer:
 
    Added range check to all illusion summoning skills
 
Traits:
 
    Empowering Mantras: 3 damage per readied mantra increased to 4 damage per readied mantra
    Furious Interruption: 3 seconds of fury increased to 4 seconds
 
Warrior:
 
    Mending: Now removes conditions before applying its heal
 
Guardian:
 
Utility:
 
    Signet of Mercy is now instant
    Judges Intervention is now instant
    Contemplation of Purity is now instant
 
Necromancer:
 
Utility:
 
    Plague Signet is now instant
    Signet of Undeath is now instant
 
Thief
 
Offhand Dagger:
 
    Dancing Dagger is now able to strike the same enemy more than once.
    Cripple duration was 5 seconds, now 3 seconds.
 
Asura:
Power Suit: Recharge increased from 180 to 240.
