hmmm... perhaps using IRC protocol would be better... it would solve some programs we have today, and irc is embedded into numerous linux distros, and has ports all across the board.

only down side is you couldn't just open a terminal and connect, you would have to connect via irc...

but there are web apps for that...

Hm.  It looks like the lighting could be adjusted just a tiny bit.  It works, but it's not exactly to my taste...  A little more eerie if you know what I mean.

If that's adjustable plate, dim the R+G on direct light and dim all the ambient light categories just a bit.
