People shouldn't be jailed for having and selling it, but I definitely think we should keep it illegal, and just fine the idiots who get caught with it a small amount.  Like a parking ticket.

EDIT: It's because my Netflix is under my moms name and she uses it all the time so she will see it in recently watched. She is one of those moms the flip the forget out and think I will die if I smoke weed and that you will get addicted really easily and a forgetton of other bullstuff totally  uneducated scare tactics. I think you're assuming every pothead is a moron or something.

There are people who are caught with extremely small amounts and put in jail. Also how is it supposed to be illegal if you're allowed to sell it and have it? Would they implant a chip in your arm that detects when you smoke it? That's a terrible idea.

They're not wasting their money, it's like alcohol or cigarettes. It helps people relax. (although that can't be said as much for cigarettes, as they are more a crippling addiction)

Lots of people freak out when they think someone is doing marijuana, and they immediately call the cops. The guy doing it isn't a moron, is he?
