An easy way to start getting useful information would be stealing the good tutorials off the forums.

Not appropriate for a Wiki. Pages for updates would work well, possibly going a bit more in depth than the change log. That one could be improved by getting rid of that reception section, and getting into more detail about what will be done and why it will be done.

Alright. One last thing I'd recommend doing away with is the clans section of the suggested pages. This kinda goes along with people not having pages - no distinction over which clans would be worthy of a page, and none of them would be interesting to read about anyway.
