The real question is why would anyone want to stop masturbating (unless it's become an addiction)? It provides some great health benefits. Stress relief, lower blood pressure, etc.

Yeah, I'm afraid I might develop an addiction. I don't really like the idea of fapping to relieve depression, stress, etc. (For some reason, it even seems to CAUSE depression to me) It can also distract me from more important things, or when I just simply not want to think about it.

Alright, fine. I decided to drop this whole giving up procrastination thing, because if everyone, including Wikipedia, is telling me it's a healthy part of life, and can definitely relieve stress/depression, then I guess I have no choice.
