I'm not sure that a genetically enhanced man can be stronger than a man with muscles that have been enhanced by hi-tech machinery.

Of course he can. Machinery has limits. The human genome does not. Nature can do it much better than any human, and all Telar's done is take some pointers from nature on how to make all of this happen.
Besides, to have machinery that can successfully interact with the human nervous system would be way more advanced that we are now, at least if you want it to work to the extent that you could implant it into a soldier with the idea of combat effectiveness. But I won't go down that road, it's already kinda too late to go and criticize it now that you've had it for a while.

Also, EMPNewManhattansoldiersnormal andgetbeatupbyanyone.

The G4, can cloak, actually, Telar has the stealth tech and a method of detecting cloaked objects. The G4s CAN certainly punch through walls. Any fool can spin around, and any trained fool can launch explosives if he has a good enough gun. Yes, the G4s can do more than see through walls with special goggles. I'm not trying to go down the powergaming path, but the G4s have been years in the crafting, they're not just guys with big muscles, they're the epitome of Teleri genetic advancement and technological equipment. If you wan't to go all Riddler on me and say: "New Manhattan soldiers are better because they have New Manhattan tech." I could counter-argue that the Teleri as a group are now genetically superior to you. I have logic to back me up that my soldiers could kick yours up and down the street.

SPOILER: G5s are going to have prehensile tails.

As to my floating fortress production, Telar's free market provides the government with all it needs. And if we're going down the debt path, none of us come out in the black besides Tom.

But, enough with all of that overly confrontational stuff. We're not at war so it doesn't matter. And if you will all at least TRY to get along, we won't be at war.

Usual deal with the space stuff.

More Floating Fortresses. We're up to the FF6 model and the Unsinkable LXXVI.

Screw you they don't have blades in their arms

In all seriousness how does a human being cloak. I'm assuming it's a chemeleon sort of deal, so you hypothetically wouldn't be able to move without being noticed, or the cloak losing effectiveness, right? And how does an organic being see something that's having light pass right through it? Unless it's something along the lines of being able to see beyond the visible spectrum and into the infrared wavelengths or something.

Look, my cloak tech is almost identical to New Manhattan's. Work out the details with blazer.

out of debt so yeah
Emmeria begins development on its OWN supersoldiers with fingerblades and armblades and stuff.
And auto regenerating bodies (using nanites, they'll still require broken bones to heal naturaly)
And a laser eye
(totally not stealing from foof12)

Emmeria is suddenly in debt again WELL DONE.

nop
just let me catch up with you guys god damn

A super soldier project from scratch would take hundreds of billions of dollars of research, which is why I stick to the tried and true method of mechanical augmentations.

Also we're gonna need some anti EMP technologogygoglyolgoylg so yeah let's get on some EMP dissipating shells

1)  He started LONG ago and went very slowly.

2)  And you scoff at me lol.

Projekt: Hive 60%

He said "begins" which is why I was confuzzled.

Work begins on a DI Reactor.

Also, I was a license plate with "NIR" on it yesterday and thought of this thread :P

The cargo boat never reaches its destination, but chunks of it wash ashore on multiple countries.
