contact the number on the back of the card (if there is one) or go to the customer service at your local walmart and ask for a new one. (with the receipt)

It's inflation. People sell keys for 1 scrap higher than listed price, other people buy them because all of the keys at listed price have already been bought, the cycle continues, etc

but f2p can find weapons

and can craft scrap
