ghastly was a 2009 item
it was auto upgraded to ghastlier in 2010 and anyone who had it still in 2011 got it in ghastlierest form
ghostly was kind of a side-grade style as it removed the monoculus eye and HHH emblem but that was added in 2012.

2013 had no gibus upgrade or even style change unfortunately
