+15% Reload speed
Landmines can only arm when they hit the ground
-50% Clip size
-2 Landmines out

It'd be Self Delete up close though.

Atleast with a regular launcher you can choose when to detonate but lay a few of those down with no shield and that scout and demo are both dead.

well i think it could work:
*mines flash a soft light, similar to the mini sentry but less noticeable
+Mines explode with proximity (equivalent to the blast radius)
+Charging will instead increase knockback done
-cannot use charge to launch mines farther
-40% less max ammo
-mines have a 1 seconds delay, aka primed
*primed mines will blow even if enemies left the radius
-detonation will only hurt the demo

seems to be a mix of the Scotres and SL
