God, I can't stand loving MvM pubs. I was only able to get through one match after being kicked twice, once for being a sniper and the other time because the team was being a bunch of babbies. Then I had to leave several because the teams were total arse.

If you go sniper 99% of the time you WILL be kicked. The only time you should ever go sniper is if you are with friends because they know how good you are and wont mind as much.
Sniper is pretty much a stufftier demoman in MvM, and there is almost no reason to go sniper unless you are absolutely amazing.
