And elaborate on what makes a car from ~60 decades ago better than the ones we have today.
I don't have to elaborate on specifically what cars were better. In my opinion, considering cars were made mostly of metal, they had actual bumpers, not to mention they looked better in my opinion, not to mention they were simpler to work on. They didn't have all this electrical stuff to work around, they had nicer sounding engines and were built better. Just because I have an opinion doesn't make me wrong or right, this whole topic is a matter of opinion, I stated mine, and I really don't care what others think on it.

You make me think you are one of those extreme Christian moms for some reason or one of those kids that think they know everything but they really don't.

cars today go faster, are cheaper, and use less gas. end of story.
Cars were simpler, easier to fix, and they were more reliable back then. Gas was also way cheaper, even considering the value of money back then.

fixed for you

42 mpg > 2 mpg or whatever those hunks of metal got

They were far less reliable, going by my (grand)parents stories. And they're way safer nowadays. Appearance is purely an opinion, so I won't get into that. The electrical stuff makes them better. Sorry you can't just learn how to fix a car from your dad, now, but it's way better.

>Electrical stuff
I'm assuming you mean what makes a modern more useful than one that didn't have air conditioning and other useful things?

It's when you compare cars that were made ages ago to ones that are built much better and much more efficiently than them that your opinion goes sour, lol.

$4.00 a gallon < $0.36 a gallon

$4.00 a gallon < $0.36 a gallon
we are talking about cars, not how much gas costed 60 years ago

fixed for you
We don't have horse wagons anymore.

Thats so...

Amish.
$4.00 a gallon < $0.36 a gallon
The demand for gas went up so the price does too?
not a hard concept

So just because I don't like the stuff you do doesn't mean I'm a horrible person for such, I like older cars, you like newer cars. We all have opinions, some people just can't keep their mouth shut to others.
