Methinks we need to draft rules for the BLOPS2 xBox and PS3 tournaments. Here's my suggestions.

140% health - This will help even out balance with the SMGs and Bouncing Betties. (Heavy Sniper rifles will be unaffected, unsure about the SVU.)
UAV always on - prevents camping and is good on large maps.
No Killstreaks - Should be obvious.

Winner gets a season pass or a 50$ Steam game.

I like the new "blundergat", but methinks its gonna be obsolete after round 17-20, being so slow to reload.

That new perk would help with that, but not much. It just sends out sparks while you're reloading.
