Exactly.  All Swat 3 has to do is say that he did security checks and that the force was contained or blocked, then repressed, and your argument is invalid.  A foreign newspaper can report whatever it wants, but only eyewitnesses and reporters on the scene can report a more credible story.

This may be true, but who are you to decide where security checkpoints are, or whether or not they do full inspections or ID checks?  This is what I'm talking about when I say you're trying to run people's countries for them when they're perfectly capable of doing so themselves, whether you're trying to help them or not, I don't care.
