Admiral Wilhelm Eldsire of the Icelochian 523rd Navy division calls the Orgonian president.  The terms presented are simple:  Hand over all assets and government liabilities over to the FCA.  Rossiya will then provide any further jurisdictions and will then take control of the territory and do as he wishes with it.  If you agree, you will become a jointly-governed territory owned by the FCA countries.

Leone Johnson answers back to Admiral Wilhelm Eldsire.

You may have representation, and will not be able to make war.  You will be defended by the FCA.  You will be allowed to have your own economy, and all aid and taxes are sourced from the FCA.  You will not be permitted to make any deals with a foreign power.

I saw no reply from you saying that you agreed to Rossiya's followup conditions.  Whatever agreement you are thinking of, it is imagined.  The last response that Mikoyan provided that was not an unanswered conditional statement was this:

Rossian troops were already in Orgon considering it was Rossiya's protectorate. You can't just walk into land I had literally just annexed and say "Mine." it just doesn't work that way.
