TIP: He's in the Prison building. The password to the terminal that unlocks the prison door is on the other terminal. Read entry 6.

Nope, Fallout 3 was just a ripoff of Fallout 1 and 2 with references to the bible thrown in and the game being set on the East Coast.

Not at all. Fallout 3's story was awful.
