I feel like I am the only one here who actually listens to this music. Does anyone else listen to bands like The Who, or Yes, or Pink Floyd?

The majority of people who listen to music made after 2000 listen or listened to them.  I love those bands, but I also listen to music made after 2000.

Don't think you're cool or special because you listen to classic rock.  Those are bands that are legends and will be listened to for a long time to come and by billions of people.

I didn't really like Foo Fighters and I thought Black Keys were decent. I really have only found 1 or 2 songs that I think are really good by any band suggested.

How would that make me cool or special? I know tons of other people listen to the music I like. They are mostly older people. That's why I asked. The forums/Blockland is mostly younger people.

I don't like this type of music. I prefer music after 1963-1964 up until the early 80s (rock).

What the forget. How can one not like classical? Only people who have no sense of music dont like classical.

Spectrum - Zedd

If you can listen to this song, lyrics and all, and not get goosebumps, you're probably an alien.

I like some of The Doors, but not that song in particular.

This is exactly the type of music I don't like. It has a constant annoying beat every half second and there was a huge lack of guitar and drums (that were noticeable at least). The guy's voice is also annoying.

The Who and Pink Floyd are my two favorite groups. Never heard Yes, though.

The Entertainer is the best song ever created hands down!

Look up the Close to the Edge album by Yes. Listen to the whole thing (it's like 3 songs). Then listen to Starship Trooper by Yes. Then listen to Roundabout, also by Yes.

Those should get you into Yes pretty quickly. Their lead singer, Jon Anderson, has a really weird voice, but it sounds amazing with the songs they make. It's just a really unique voice.

Why are you so closed off to edm?  Just because it wasn't made with a primitive instrument doesn't mean that it isn't good music.

Though it's not what this is about generally, I like listening to Swing and Smooth Jazz, also Electronic bands like Lemaitre, or Grum.  I also like bands such as Foo Fighters, Pink Floyd.  The Heavy is pretty nice, too.
