I don't have a problem with drugs. I have a problem with people that use them and know what they do to you and what they can cause you to do. That's why I don't have a problem with people who did drugs back in the 60s and 70s. Some of my friends' dads did drugs in the 70s and I don't have a problem with them.
Not drugs.

Why do you hate songs about drugs when you don't have a problem with them?

I have a problem with those that use them. Tons of rappers do drugs and make song after song about it. Again, this is just an example of why I hate rap, there are tons of other reasons.

The topic is ignorant. You're trying to be an elitist by telling us why the music you like is the best and popular music today sucks. Except that popular music is popular for a reason. Read my above post.

I have said time and time again that it is just my opinion.

Let me point out that the Beatles did drugs. That's where Lucy in the Sky came from.

1st sentence = no. And back in the 60s and 70s, people knew very little about the effects of drugs on the body. Today, we know SO much more about its effects.

whether or not #3 is an opinion is debatable, and depends on how the subject matter of a song is defined.

That's not an opinion, that's a fact. It's probably wrong, but confusingly, incorrect, objective statements are also facts.

An opinion can't be wrong. Something has to be a fact for you to be wrong about it. And someone thinking an opinion is dumb is just an opinion itself.

If you have an opinion, that means it can't be proven. When you have a fact, that means it has been proven. It is a fact that there is more than 1 person on Earth, not an opinion.
