Race is not just about "skin color". It can be based upon a number of identifying factors...including #'s themselves.
ID owners below 1000 seem to express the tribal view that those of an ID number above 1000 are inferior to them.

What I think should be made clear, however, is that Badspot said he would ban the offending servers
if they became a problem. (IE. many servers with same descriminatory policies). Your argument that "one server doesnt matter" is not relevant to what BS said and what I supported. We're talking about large numbers of servers, at a prohibitive level severeing the playerbase.
Just as Steam has the VAC system to help safeguard servers, BS should have the same priveleges in regards to protecting the interests of himself and his customers.
