We'll be providing this service at a standard rate - almost certainly around $6 but pricing's not been finalised yet.

I think that's a matter of opinion to be honest. Nobody knows anything about the speed or stability of this service yet and the price is the same yet people are still more enthusiastic about it than the alternatives. Other factors may include more functionality, a more intuitive interface etc.
