Sounds like she was on something else. I never seen a high person do that, and I've seen plenty of people get high before. The most they do is get hungry while laughing their asses off. That or they just start saying/doing stupid things but nothing that would cause much trouble.

Oh and don't smoke weed thinking it is "cool" I don't care if people smoke weed I just hate it when they make a big deal about it and brag and talk about it. The person is smoking a plant no one cares if you smoke weed everyday. When its totally legal they would have nothing to brag about

It's got a lower tar count than tabacco and finding a cigarette with just tabacco is rare, so no. But smoking marijuana is still bad for you because it's smoking something.

Marijuana has a relatively low tar content but I wouldn't smoke it anyway.

I find it hilarious kids want this legalized even though they would set a legal age limit like cigs and alcohol.

I don't know what verb applies to ingestion of marijuana through a bong. So I would use do in that situation. If someone is bragging about smoking weed they're just trying to get people to like them. Ignore them.

Legalization of Marijuana would allow anyone to go and purchase it in a store.

Why wouldn't that give kids the thought of wanting to smoke Marijuana, that would make it 90% easier for kids to get high with drugs. Though some kids around 12 - 17 are already smoking.
