Is there a way to get the add-ons on a server that "ran out of purchased days"?

I think after 48 hours it deletes the stuff.

Would definitely be a better idea to submit a ticket.

You'll have 24 hours after your contract expires before the server is shut down, and then 48 hours after that until it's terminated and all the files are removed.

I'm not sure how much time has passed but it shows up grey in the list and I can't access the "control panel".

Ok that'll be terminated if you can't access it at all.

Setting up was smooth and effortless, my only complaint is the add-on upload system was bugging out for me. I selected everyone brick add-on i wanted to upload, and it uploaded and said 56 add-ons have been uploaded but only about 15 or so actually appeared on the add-on list. Fixed this by uploading via FTP instead.

We've had a few people bring this up, I'm going to look at it a bit closer and maybe change the uploading to provide some feedback on file uploads.

The cases I've investigated so far tend to boil down to user error in that the add-on isn't correctly packaged or doesn't contain a server.cs file. If you have some examples of files that wouldn't upload via the page could you send me a few to replicate the issue? Thanks!

Statistics Revamp

Due to high demand from clients, we've completely revamped how we handle and store statistics about your RTB dedicated server. To give you an idea of how the backend works and how much data we're handling, we sample CPU and memory usage every 5 seconds and store it for 48 hours - that's 69,120 data points at a time just for resource usage. For bricks and players we sample every minute and store for 7 days, giving you great insight into your server's popularity and peak times.

We believe you should be able to see how your server is performing as and when you need to, no waiting for a minute for your statistics to catch up. In true RTB fashion we've gone the extra mile and created a statistics page where you can view live and historical (48 hours) resource usage and game statistics from the last 7 days, all compiled into fantastically designed graphs with brilliant navigation aids. As part of this release CPU usage has been removed from the dashboard chart in favour of this far superior page.

Oh nice! Now I can check whether any add-on of mine could cause a strain on the server or not!

NICE LETS HAVE A HUGE ORGY
