i dont see a big problem with ping

i usually have about 300+ ping in every server i go into, but its not that bad.
On average, I have 75 ping.

My server is currently stuck in a kind of purgatory state. It crashed and I can't do anything, but it still appears on the server list with people in it. I can't start it back up or force shut it back down.
It's really irritating seeing as 20+ people where online at the time, it was the grand opening.

Nevermind, it is working now.

Yep, spotted this in our monitoring - I'm just investigating now. If there's anything you need to know we'll open a ticket with you.

Is there any way to see how many players have joined my server in total since it's start or a certain date? I'm curious to know how many people have joined Halloweenfest.
If not you should add that statistic.

There's nothing like this at the moment. The best you could do yourself is grab console or chat logs and programmatically (or manually) run through them to draw out your own statistics. We may look into some more comprehensive brown townytics in the future but right now it wouldn't be a priority.

Many thanks for a great service that can hold tons of players consistently without issues.

If your server has been terminated there's no way to retrieve your files unfortunately. Plenty of notice is given in the form of three separate emails.

messageAllExcept seems to add an empty line to the chat window. Kind of annoying since I use it a lot.

Sending a bug report or raising a ticket is sufficient, there's no need to post in the thread too.

Sorry, I didn't know how often those were looked at. Quite often I guess - I'll stick to it.

Also, is there any real difference to using the bug tracker rather than submitting a ticket?

The tickets I can reply to, the bug tracker just logs them and I can't reply.

Well forget, I re-purchased my server so that I wouldn't have to manually look for all of the required add-ons for a certain build I am working on.
Turns out re-buying a server is exactly the same as buying a new one, and all of the add-ons are back to default :|

The emails explicitly say all your files will be irreversibly deleted upon termination. We're going to look into preserving files and configurations upon termination for the future but that's the case right now.

You guys should have it so non-RTB add-ons/saves/config files are downloadable, but the RTB add-ons have a link. It would save space.
