RTB Dedicated Hosting Service - Service Closing

RTB is determined that my server is up right now, but it doesn't show it on the server list and it isn't appearing on Blockland.us.

My graphs have also cut off suddenly.

edit: fixed when I rebooted.

Is there absolutely any way to recover my password/account name?
I tried all possible combinations with two of my possible usernames, and none worked. Was my account deleted?
My email is still in use, though.

This is getting really annoying. My server keeps randomly kicking everyone off and disappearing from the server list, but saying that it is still up. It only comes back up for a few more hours when I reboot it.

You messed up your server and managed to get it using just under 100% cpu - almost certainly related to an add-on you have.

Your server was using just under 100% cpu when I had a look - I don't quite know how you managed to do that but we'd be concerned if your server was using even 10% cpu.

I would review the add-ons you've got installed to prevent this happening again.

I can't think of what would've caused this. I've added a few vehicles recently but other than that the only new addon I've added was Port's Blood Mod.

I'll try disabling it and seeing if that helps.

you're going to have to go through and start disabling chunks of your add-ons. since you have alot of the goddamned things, you have two ways of going about this.
1: disable all add-ons and enable 100 at a time. when the error shows up, disable the last 100 and enable them 25 at a time. when the error shows up, disable the last 25 and enable 5... etc
2: disable all add-ons and enable them by group - all content_ add-ons, then all weapon_ add-ons... then break those individual groups into chunks.

every time you enable a certain amount, you're going to have to die by falling damage.
you could, when enabling 100, disable the previous 100 to speed up loading time. if you never run across the error while doing so, then the problem is a confliction between add-ons. start over and this time keep them enabled.

I think he answered this before, said that it's a bug that happens when you renew your conract, and I suspect when he gave us all 7 days free just recently, that probably did it too.
