Finish up with the 12 or so models already made, and release as a public set.

muzzle velocity is capped at 200 and tends to break beyond that
there's a workaround here
I knew about the cap, I just never knew what the number was set to. So I just set it to the highest thing I could think of to make it just max out. Apparently that doesn't work? But this code never worked for me for whatever reason; I blame Obama.

Nope, it is, the problem randomly resolved itself, and the tracer is now going redonk fast. Good stuff.
