Author Topic: 200 bucks if I bring 3 F's to C's  (Read 9493 times)

Interestingly, I cannot do good math when the question is posed here. Idk what exactly the issue is, but it's easier to mess up in your head when looking at it typed.

Also, no, I would not take $200 dollars from my Dad at least. My mom has a better budget going.

I'm pretty sure all of you would take 200 dollars in a heartbeat by doing something simple as doing better in school.
My parents didn't need to bribe me to do better.
You know why?

Because I actually did my school work and motivated myself to be outstanding in my grades.
If they ever offered me $200 for A's and B's, I would have just went to the nearest computer and printed out my grades and had $200 in my pocket within 5 minutes.

Stop being lazy. Do your work.

i wouldnt take $200 from my mom who works hard to get enough money just because i was being a worthless stuff. she wouldnt even offer me $1 to get my grades up in the first place. taking $200 is stupid.

It's impossible for me to get straight A's or B's, I'd rather go with C's.

What do you mean by impossible?

Are you handicapped or something?  Any average middle schooler is capable of A's

There's like only 3 people out of 400 in our school who have straight a's.

Also, I'm not much of an overachiever.

Why do you say its impossible.

Its not

There's like only 3 people out of 400 in our school who have straight a's.
Because they apply themselves, have a balanced life, and set priorities.

I honestly never ask my teachers about anything, and I'm in advanced classes.

I'm pretty sure if I really wanted too, I could get the necessary knowledge, and get straight A's instead of B's.

Why do you say its impossible.

Its not

If it's extremely hard for me to get remotely close to C's, then there's no way I could get A's or B's.

There's like only 3 people out of 400 in our school who have straight a's.

Also, I'm not much of an overachiever.
That's not overachieving.
That's called achieving.

Where do you get the idea I'm lazy about my work? I actually sit down every day and try to do my homework the best I can.
