The legitimate sellers are part of the Microsoft Developer Network, and frequently receive free copies of Windows software. They obviously don't need tons of copies of Windows and Office, so they sell them here.

HOLY forget 15 for windows 7 ultimate
11 for windows 8 pro

If you don't have much rep on Reddit, you might have to pay with bitcoins because the sellers there can sometimes be suspicious about buyers on new accounts.

Signing up for Reddit is a catch?

Jesus man they're great deals, it doesn't kill you to make an account.

Any seller that accepts bitcoin will sell to you, even on a throwaway account, if you pay with a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin.

It isn't a retail store, sellers there don't want to sell to someone who has the possibility of reversing the transaction or making some sort of other fraud transaction. Using Bitcoin prevents the possibility of reversals/fraud transactions. If you actually have some rep on reddit, most sellers will accept Paypal.

My friend is planning on getting video card for his computer but he can only spend around 120. Don't forget he lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada for all you muricans). Is this a good deal? Computer parts are much more expensive.
