it seems windows 8 users might be getting compensated for their suffering after all
This is pretty old news to be honest.

Also, Windows 8 wasn't bad at all. And they ended up fixing all the kinks people got worked up over.

four days is "old news?" i don't think that's how news works

I heard about it two months ago. News sources don't always report about things right away.

That's loving great news. I get 8 for free from school anyways, so moving on up.

I just hope it's not only about trying to make up for the issues people seemed to have with windows 8. I would much prefer that they're actually falling in line with Apple's way of dealing with OS upgrades

Never heard of Wireless Internet with 150MB/S speed, p sure they go up to 50 or 60 max.
See my sig.

Thats Mb/s. MB is MegaByte, while Mb is MegaBit
1MB=8Mb

I said Mb. Didn't I?
Anyway isn't download speed always expressed is megabit?
Even tough I have 150Mb/s
Yep.

Ducky said MB. He was still wrong as Google fiber can reach a massive 125 MB/s, but still. shorthand with metric is finicky.

wireless can be much faster now, assuming you have the right hardware.
most all people use standard cat5e ethernets, that fall far behind.

Wireless > 12Mb/s
Wired > 150Mb/s
My signal everybody.

Wireless > 12Mb/s

My signal everybody.
The point is that wireless technology has surpassed wired, not that all devices are faster with wireless.
