Why the forget did you suggest lower end CPU's?  Even if gaming currently uses less than four cores, chances are that's going to change very soon.

Whats a good server hosting pc?

I use Xeon's.

Unless you have a datacenter level connection it doesn't matter. A decent cpu is all you'll need.

I want to host minecraft, I have 3GB DDR2 ram and an intel celeron D 3.3GHz CPU.
You'll want more RAM probably. Is your operating system 32-bit or 64-bit.

you'd probably be best using Linux to host it so there's no extra stuff from Windows bogging the computer down

quick question, is mac osx a bad server hosting os?

if i wanted to buy a small ftb server, would it be cheaper to buy a bad computer and host it from that, or rent one out?

You would most likely get a better connection from renting an FTB server. I used aim2game for a few months and it never had a problem.

probsbly not as good as Linux, seeing as most game server apps, at least, target windows and Linux only.  Also Linux has the advantage of running on pretty much anything.

Cheaper, easier and better to rent one out. Go for that.

What's your preferred mouse grip style? "Palm" grip or "Claw" grip?

What's your preferred mouse grip style? "Palm" grip or "Claw" grip?
I do both depending on circumstances, please help.

claw grip master race reporting in

Depends mostly on the mouse. Currently using palm, last mouse was claw

I guess I'm basically claw, I'm sort of in the middle between the two. I rest my hand on the mouse but my palm doesn't touch it.
