Nintendo announced brand new Nintendo 3DS models to be released soon in Japan (But not this year in NA/Europe)

The two new models has new features such as Amiibo compatibility (NFC), faster processors and face-detection 3D so you can see 3D from any angle.
There is also a second small Circle Pad and two more new shoulder buttons, labeled ZL and ZR

(LL = XL in Japan)

Xenoblade chronicles is also getting a 3ds remake! Only compatible with the new 3ds.

I'll probably buy one of these, I wanted an XL anyway and the square corners of the original cut into my hands something dreadful.

Oh wow that's so neat, I'm glad they're fixing most problems of the 3DS

Pretty sad that the second circle pad is so small, but anyways I like how how the ABXY buttons are colored.

colored ABXY buttons

i dunno why but that looks so neat

It's the colors from the japanese super nintendo.

-daswiruch remember to look here its the thing with the new 3ds-
im just quoting this for later reference because i tend to forget stuff really easily
anyways, i'll probably end up selling my 2ds and getting this eventually

I'm going to wait for the NEW New 3ds.

Yess, hnghhh I want it so badly. Mainly for the c-stick. Also it looks pretty and just ahiushdbs

oh cool now i don't have to replace my old 3ds with another old 3ds

(the l-button doesn't work anymore)

Why is Nintendo so ass with naming their consoles?

Why is Nintendo so ass with naming their consoles?

it all started with the wii u

probably just going to get the smaller one this time around

doesn't look like it's going to dig into my hands and my xl is bulky to carry around in my pocket
