Can you make your ship any size? Are there different requirements or blueprints for making larger ships? or do you just stack on more blocks?
Stack tons of blocks. Add lots of power blocks and thrusters. thats pretty much it

Heck yeah there is.

Here's a reactor design i've found that works quite well; I call it the Keylock Reactor. It's extremely effecient, and before the power updates, I would be getting recharge rates of 4 million with only 2 million of a base power load (this was BEFORE power tanks were implemented and the power block loadon was nerfed). Meaning the reactor had an effeciency rating of something like, +200%.



(1) Make long stacks of power blocks going out parallel and in a circular or oval arrangement (preferably backwards) from the ship core (assuming you are building the reactor first for your ship), making sure that they do not touch each other and that any blocks put outward from them in a perpendicular line do not touch each other.
(2) Make equally-spaced rings of power blocks that wrap around the long stacks of power blocks but do not touch them at any point.
(3) Connect each long stack to ONE ring each
(4) Congrats! You are now free to expand outward blocks from the rings, and your power load will be enourmous, if done right.

StarMade 0.09283: Fixes
Hello,
Here is the full changelog (sorry, I don't have much time at the moment to write a full update report)
- added functionality to query server info in a simple command
- turrets don't shoot if the shoot direction is intersected by an ally or the mothership
- AI with option "selected target" should now also aim at vacant ships
- added server config option for player limit
- hopefully the infinite planet fall is fixed
- fixed possible state where controller structure would fail to load when the actual segment was not yet loaded
 - fixed bug in network transmission of keybord state and keybord events
- should weapon output loading fail, the fallback make now a lot more sense (one of the formost blocks of the gun)
- Power Updates: -- capacity = sumOf(amountOfBlocksInTankCluster^1.3) -- shields will no longer take power when fully loaded
 
 
There is currently a new webserver in the works to speed up the site and also to provide faster download speed for the game,

My error hasn't been fix'd yet

I've just been informed that the blitzwing ship classification system has been altered. As such, the following ships are redesignated.

ACS_Argos
ACS_Corennica

they are now battlecruisers

ACS_Thunderbird
ACS_Aurion
ACS_Enterprise
ACS_Variiton
ACS_Liberator
ACS_Defiant

they are now battleships

ACS_Okinawa

Dreadnought.

also there's a completely untouched terran planet at -3 -11 24 that I claimed for arstotzka if anyone wants to put a house or something on it

This game needs spaceship insurance. Get 40-70% of your spaceship back in credits when the core is destroyed while offline.

I can't seem to connect to NASS, I keep getting EOFExceptions :/

Arghhh my little missle cruiser (atleast i think its a cruiser) needs to have some sort of turret on it

Im currently Deciding about mini - MACs or Selfdefence Heatseekers along with Point Defence Turrets
