got 225 bench a few days ago. bump


I always just wait until track season starts and do push-ups and abs daily until then. But with my eating habits I don't really gain any muscle mass, lol.

done 105kg 1x4 on flat bench ʕง ͠ •ᴥ •ʔง

bump ^ 110kg 1x4, gonna go for 115kg, then it'll be roughly 200% of my bodyweight ʕง ͠ •ᴥ •ʔง

reached 210 pounds on the pec deck-- that's as high as the weights can get lol

bench is now 240
deadlift is 375
squat is 275
