while I work on my form and flexibility Im doing front squats instead of back squats. So for hamstrings Im doing 1 leg deadlift and leg curls and for glutes Im just doing seated leg press with my feet up higher.

cant wait to seriously get into squating and deadlifting

Yes. I had it pretty bad, but I've been focusing more on my left arm now, they are almost even. The measure of my right is 15", left is like 14 1/2".

and uneven quads

After my 6 week cycle is up Im going to start starting strength

Be pushing around 200lb on the leg extension now r.i.p. my ability to walk

also lost weight-- peaked at 149 then dropped to 141 in one month lol

bottom right shoulder blade slightly hurts, there's a dullish pain which is very irritating as well

i finally started training properly again after like 3ish weeks. Chest monday, full body with a friend on tuesday and I started brazilian ju jitsu yesterday.. everything hurts :'(
