Kearn, an animal is not set at a certain monetary value and only that; a family that loves said animal can be in the full opinion that the dog is worth millions, easily, simply because of how easily it fits in as a family member.

The only problem i have is that they didn't KNOW the dog was going to survive. It DID just get ripped to shreds by bulldogs. I wouldn't spend 10k on the possibility of the dog living for another year or so.

One time at 5 in the morning a coyote got into our backyard and my dog went face to face with him and was like "DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRO? while having a brodown with the coyote. They just barked and snapped at eachother until I just threw a rock at the coyote and it ran off. Not really badass but it was funny

actually there is 0 point in bringing this to court and going through the legal fees without actually confronting the neighbors or involving the police about negligent behavior first (which apparently didn't happen)
