i have the creds and materials and am above the min conclave rank but the build button isnt useable.

cool stuff as in warframes or accessories?
if you're saying warframes and weps, they can all be obtained without spending platinum.
accessories and color palletes however, can only mainly only be obtained with platinum
the only exception to that is helmets which you can get from alert missions.


also is it just me or does it seem easier to level up Vitality and Redirection now?

but I almost died a few times, but yeah.

You have to keep in mind that I was taking my time and waiting for the right moments to strike.
