How the hell are you guys ranking up so much this really pisses me off. I have barely any money, I spend more money doing missions than getting and its been the same non stop. Everyones driving their loving V-Types capping my ass and I can't even get a shot at them.

I played online for about the same time as you did and I got to maybe rank 8, all I really did was race and a few missions here and there.

that's how GTA Online actually plays. you're stuck in the bottom until you work your way up top.

here's some recommendations for you:

• Play alone to avoid freekillers. You can start a Closed Friend Session or Invite Only Session via the Online Menu in Story Mode.
• Races can give you a lot of RP if you finish better. Compare vehicle stats and decide which vehicle is best for the track. Even if you finish badly, you still earn RP and money if you haven't DNF'd.
• You can turn on Passive Mode for $100. This will carry onto other Free Roam sessions if you happen to jump into another one.
• Play Missions by yourself. I don't see this technique valuable as some missions are difficult without another player and you can't even start some missions without another player.

the problem is i don't have many friends and my internet loving sucks and can't join a populated game, only empty ones.
