sorry about the double-posted bump, but i just realized something
theres rarely ever a police car/officer on active patrol.
like, i'll see them sitting around at the edge of highways or in random scripted pursuit, or just standing around the police station. I've seen a few officers on foot patrol, but they spawn only at the police department. I've also seen some cruisers on patrol, but like the on-foot officers, only around the police department.
i understand a lot of people didn't like all the cops appearing everywhere in GTA IV, but the GTA world doesn't have to tone it down that much.
has anybody else had this lack of police in the game?
