The Erinamese delegate arrives, one of the Ivek's sons, Izjou Premein, the Iveke of Nümin� . He arrives in a plane made in 2013, and begins by seeking out the AC and Belsnian delegates.*

*Back when Erinaum, Belsnia and the AC were friends, the Iveke had been friends of some of the politicians. Here he is looking for old friends.

I won't be active today as I'll be at an airsoft game from 11am-10pm, so I'll get the meeting started now.

The meeting begins as Asha Askari makes his appearance in the conference room, following him is his interpreter and other delegate. He waits for the others to enter or be seated, and begins by welcoming everyone and thanking them all for agreeing to be there, as well as thanking Plexia for allowing them to use their neutral ground as a meeting place. He then speaks of his terrorist acts in an intended uprising, and apologizes dearly for those who were lost in the explosion and anything else that was damaged. He proposes that the Arab Confederation comes up with a sum of money fit to cover the damages. He also suggests that a treaty be made between the Tbilisi pact and New Abdullahi.

Late to both Page 100 and slightly so (due to foul weather) to the meeting, the Grand Sheikh is seen jogging lightly into the airport to arrive in the conference room. After hearing the proposal, he ruminates on the matter for a while and indicates that the AC lost upwards of USD Equivalent $12 million in gear when the Abdullahi were removed from the AC. He also indicates that loss of life among the citizenry of the AC is frankly beyond payment, and that the families of many of the deceased sent letters with a "blood for blood" message, which he does not wish to go through, and instead proposes that he make a personal appearance and apology to a large group of said families.

Edit: Also, I just noticed that Dr. Who's birthday almost coincides exactly with JFK getting shot. Suspicious.

The AC recommends that there be some bipartisan agreement there. Specifically this:

Abdullahi and the Pact agree to a joint non-hostility pact, binding for the next 7 years (about a week real time), where both parties agree not to attack each other's home soil (and Abdullahi agrees not to attack Yaslovakia), and both parties agree not to harass the others' vessels on the high seas. (Nations may send troops to kill each other in foreign conflicts such as what happened in Vierte, but not attack the fatherlands).
Belsnia agrees to end the precautionary measures, removing the artillery from Yaslovakia for at least as long as the non-hostility pact is in effect.
Erinaum agrees to enforce these terms with military force (be it against the Pact or against Abdullahi) against the first violator of the non-hostility pact. (I doubt Erinaum will fight that fight alone).
For the duration of the non-hostility pact, Erinaum holds on to five or ten political hostages (probably sons of senators, leaders, &c.), ancient Greek style. The first nation to violate the terms of the pact sees its hostages executed (A little brutal maybe, but there need to be strong preventative measures). For the sake of fairness, there should be Erinamese hostages in Atsnia as well, I recommend Atsnia because it's been the most neutral TB nation in this situation.

The Grand Sheikh recognizes that this is asking a lot of everyone, but feels confident that giving things seven years to cool down will be beneficial.
