Great, so just because it's a moderator immediately leads to the conclusion that he's completely correct everywhere and never breaks any rules. Just because a guy opposes your favorite person in the world apparently means that he's pathetic and is trying to advertise himself.

Welcome to a forum, where you (should be able to) post things without censorship as long as they don't break any rules.
Having no right to talk is not the same thing as not being allowed to talk. You do not have the right to talk down to Ephialtes because he is superior to you. You can talk down to him, but stuff ain't changing and nobody is listening to what you're saying. You're allowed to, but you don't make a lick of sense.
Just because you rob something doesn't mean that someone else who did it is instantly innocent and you can't discuss it.

Shockingly, yes - there ARE rules on this forum that Ephialtes might have been broken which (should) apply to everyone.

I think Pacnet was ridiculing that phrase by repeating it against Big Brother and showing that the phrase has nothing to do with the argument.
Big Brother pretty much went on a giant tirade against Pacnet himself and said very little about the argument. It was mostly promoting forced obedience and mandatory agreement with those in power. It was pretty intellectually dishonest and malformed.
Thereafter followed a circle-jerk involving very little discussion about Big Brother's tirade. No one ever calls those out.
