22k evo im checking out. Evo 9, 16k miles. Red.

Problem is it was wrecked but re-built and "inspected by a mitsubishi certified mechanic"

what should i look for?
like anything specific?

it looks straight out of the factory holy forget.

"inspected by a mitsubishi certified mechanic"
ask the seller to prove this

ask the seller to prove this
im having it taken to a certified mitsubishi mechanic anyway. He said he would be more than willing to let me take it there again if he doesn't believe me.

edit: plus you need to have it certified in order to insure it.
