IDK, dailymotion and vimeo come to mind, never really used them yet though.
I'm pretty sure there's plenty of decent sites out there, that might even have newer/better features.
The drawback is obvious though, not nearly as many people will get to see your video. (unless of course, everyone moves lol)

Google, get over the fact that your social networking site will never be as popular as Facebook. No one likes Google+ and you must be blind if you think people like what you've been doing for the past few months now. Everyone's sick of it and the only reason they're linking a google+ account to their youtube account is because you won't shut the forget up and leave them alone about it.
