multiplayer seems decently fluid now.

Never would've thought parts of the game are dark, In the map Desolation, There is a area called Fallout Epicenter. It has lots of coal, ore, and oil but there is a lot of radiation there

Yes, it is worth it.

There isn't a 'defined' Singleplayer but you can make a private region (like CFB Delta) and not invite anyone, I have one region like that. Also in MP you can chat with others, and the controls are simple!

I'm liking how my CBD/Downtown is developing, also I think it's the first city in the region to break 100k. It has major traffic issues though, so I'm going to extensively rework the highway network in the near future.
