Boltster can use the "I like this server" bullstuff, but he's still deliberately trying to cause attention toward himself, and he know Pandan is handicapped and sinks into trolling. Also Boltster isn't actually there for the servers, Boltster has never actually sat down and played blockland for the game itself.  You know Pandan, if you do feel like he's following you, go into RTB settings and make it private, that's most likely how he knows where you are.  Or you know, you could just shut the forget up and ignore him.
