I agree with you completely and also propose that since Minecraft is about mining the overworld should be removed, and everything is just tunnels underground!
After all, the mining is the important part.

I kind of like the (not so)new update but it was kinda useless IMO, I mean now you hae to work long hours to get scenery when you could just load up a map and save a lot of time!

there was no need for this
